Hi, I’m Dr. Tony Smith, and I’d like to personally welcome you to Downtown Chiropractic here in Florence, Alabama.

After practicing chiropractic care for 30 years in Georgia, I retired—but quickly realized I wasn’t ready to stop doing what I love. Helping people find relief from back and neck pain, improving their mobility, and seeing their quality of life transform is what drives me every day. So in February 2021, I opened Downtown Chiropractic to continue serving the community with the same passion and dedication I’ve always had.

With over three decades of experience, I specialize in a variety of techniques including spinal manipulation, spinal decompression, cupping therapy, muscle scraping, and water massage. I also offer family, maternity, and pediatric chiropractic care, because I believe everyone—from infants to seniors—deserves to feel their best.

One thing I want people to know: I’m open during lunch hours, and walk-ins are always welcome. I understand how busy life can get, and I want to make it easy for you to get the care you need—when you need it. My goal is to provide low-cost, high-quality chiropractic care that’s accessible, effective, and tailored to your needs.
